UK: PhD Research Studentship in Materials Engineering, University of Leeds

Exciting research opportunities are available for highly qualified graduates with engineering or science degrees for further studies leading to the award of a PhD degree.

Three research projects are on offer, supported by the EPSRC and in close collaboration with industry:

1. Chemical, physical and mechanical transformations of spray-dried powders; EPSRC Industrial Case Award with Procter and Gamble.

The financial support covers stipend at the EPSRC rate with attractive supplementary support and fees at the Home rate.

The Institute of Particle Science and Engineering has a high international research profile and state-of-the-art laboratories and computing facilities. Its research is supported by the EPSRC and a large number of major industrial organisations, providing a dynamic and lively research environment, which attracts leading research scholars worldwide.
